1. Adaptation and modernization of the school building, given by the Municipality Niepołomice on pension protection and rehabilitation "OSTOJA in Wola Batorska, for people with multiple sclerosis and other chronic neurological conditions;
2. Educational activities, the dissemination of knowledge about chronic neurological diseases, and modern methods of treatment and rehabilitation. Symposiums, seminars, publishing;
3. The care and rehabilitation of the disabled and the sick;
4. Help people with multiple sclerosis in raising funds for expensive drugs that discourage the disease, not refunded by the National Health Fund;
5. Cooperation with organizations and institutions operating within the scope of the Foundation's objectives.

Currently the Foundation leads:

1. Job Agency, specializing in employment of the disabled, courses of vocational and social welfare for people with disabilities seeking employment, courses for volunteers and carers in the rehabilitation and care of patients;
2. Bicycle repair shop and rehabilitation equipment rental;
3. The point of patient care in the home, and nursing long-term care under contract with the NFZ;
4. The activation leads bicycle and bicycle repair shop, "two wheels", and store with the medical and rehabilitation equipment.

Upcoming plans for the future:

• from April 2011 we start rehabilitation and care stay in our center (in December 2010 we completed the final II stage of construction of the "Ostoja").
• To obtain funds for the purchase of rehabilitation equipment and maintenance of the Centre "Ostoja" - The Foundation runs: the action " Give 1% tax", the sale of bricks, public collections, Easter collection, organizes charity concerts and is looking for sponsors.
